In this role, you will be responsible for achieving regional revenue objectives with Insurance carriers, in conjunction with company market plans. The Business Development Manager is responsible for assisting in driving growth within the Insurance Market by promoting H2M's industry‑leading expertise and securing new business opportunities. This role focuses on building a strong and sustainable client base through strategic relationship development, proactive outreach, and consistent market engagement.
Successful candidate will strengthen relationships with existing clients; expand the firm's presence within the insurance industry; and ensure a high level of client satisfaction. Reporting to the Deputy Market Director and Market Director, the Business Development Manager exercises initiative, independent judgment, and sound decision‑making.

This position requires up to 40% travel. Regular travel within the tri-state area is expected, along with occasional out‑of‑area and overnight trips to support client relationships, industry events, and business development initiatives. Periods of increased workload, client demand, or business travel may require additional hours, and the employee is expected to work the necessary overtime to fulfill the responsibilities of the role.
