Job Summary

We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow B2B sales in secure IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) services. You will develop new clients across corporations, government contractors, healthcare, and education sectors, helping organizations securely retire IT assets in compliance with NIST SP 800-88 data sanitization standards.

This role is focused on outbound sales, relationship building, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract close.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and close new B2B accounts (corporate, government, hospitals, schools)
  • Promote secure ITAD and data destruction services aligned with compliance standards (NIST SP 800-88)
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and site visits
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions
  • Coordinate with operations teams for asset pickups, logistics, data destruction, and reporting
  • Maintain and grow long-term client relationships and recurring service contracts

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B business development or sales experience with proven deal closing ability
  • Experience in ITAD, IT services, recycling, logistics, MSP/VAR, or related industries
  • Hands-on experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM tools
  • Strong outbound prospecting skills (calls, emails, and face-to-face selling)
  • Experience working with service delivery coordination (logistics, scheduling, client reporting)
  • Familiarity with IT asset lifecycle processes and secure data handling requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling into ITAD, MSP, electronics recycling, or IT hardware lifecycle services
  • Exposure to regulated industries such as healthcare, government, or education
  • Strong network of IT decision-makers or MSP/technology contacts
  • Knowledge of chain-of-custody processes and certificates of data destruction
