Job Description:
Conch Technologies is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base across Memphis and surrounding markets. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and executives, and securing direct staffing and IT services partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and in-person meetings.
- Develop relationships with decision-makers to position Conch as a preferred staffing partner.
- Schedule and conduct client visits, presentations, and contract discussions.
- Identify staffing and project opportunities across IT, professional, and managed services.
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through contract execution.
- Collaborate with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure successful client engagements.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of business development, staffing sales, or B2B sales experience.
- Strong network within the Memphis business community preferred.
- Proven track record of acquiring new clients and growing accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
