Consultative Execution: Spearhead introducing capabilities to decision-makers, lead dynamic on-site facility walks, and handle complex technical objections to successfully deliver accurate quotes.
Strategic Wallet Share Expansion: Navigate assigned legacy accounts to deeply embed multi-brand capabilities, run routine satisfaction reviews, and continuously build long-term value.
CRM & Forecasting Rigor: Maintain spotless data integrity in the corporate CRM by recording every stage of customer touchpoints to supply leadership with clear pipeline forecasting
Industrial Field Experience: 3 to 5 years of verifiably successful B2B outside/field sales experience specifically inside a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Industrial Mechanics Familiarity: Strong fundamental industrial aptitude or mechanical comprehension to cleanly align technical services with client challenges.
True Hunter DNA: Proven proficiency in raw market research, initial prospecting, identifying accurate organizational decision-makers, and executing closing techniques.
CRM Discipline: Previous structured workflow experience using CRM software for tracking daily sales activity metrics and opportunity milestones.
Communication Mastery: Outstanding oral and written communication skills with the situational emotional intelligence to mirror professional client environment
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a closely related industrial field.
Domain Expertise: Previous background directly selling surface preparation, shot peening, vapor blasting, or commercial finishing/wet coating systems.
Established Local Network: Pre-existing strategic relationships with regional industrial manufacturing facilities or active involvement in relevant trade associations
