Snapshot / Role Overview
We're seeking a Business Development Manager in Las Vegas, NV to grow the mechanical construction pipeline through strategic client relationships and market positioning.

Impact
- Generate new revenue by identifying and pursuing mechanical construction opportunities in the region
- Build strategic partnerships with general contractors, owners, and design professionals
- Position the company as a preferred mechanical partner through proactive market engagement
- Support long-term growth by developing a sustainable pipeline of qualified opportunities

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new mechanical construction opportunities through market research and networking
- Develop and maintain relationships with general contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and association meetings to expand market presence
- Collaborate with estimating and operations teams on pursuit strategy and proposal development
- Track leads, opportunities, and pipeline metrics using CRM tools
- Prepare and deliver presentations and qualifications packages to prospective clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and project pipeline forecasts
- Support proposal teams with client intelligence, competitive positioning, and win strategy

Requirements
Must-Haves
- 7+ years of business development or sales experience in mechanical construction or a related industry
- Established network of industry relationships in the Southwest market
- Proven track record of generating new business and meeting revenue targets
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of mechanical construction services, project delivery methods, and market sectors

Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in MEP, HVAC, or plumbing construction specifically
- Degree in business, construction management, or engineering
- CRM software proficiency
- Knowledge of healthcare, data center, or industrial market sectors
