Business Development Manager (Metals, Mining & Minerals)

The Business Development Manager is responsible for generating new leads and supporting revenue growth in the Metals, Mining, and Minerals sectors.

• Develops and maintains client relationships across all organizational levels to foster ongoing business opportunities.
• Creates sales and execution plans aligned with client needs and industry trends.
• Delivers sales results at or above targets, focusing on profitability.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams for proposal development, negotiations, and project execution.
• Researches market opportunities, manages proposals, and executes growth strategies.
• Utilizes existing professional networks within the Appalachia/Mid-Atlantic region to generate sales from engineering deals valued from $500K to $20M+.
• Requires a minimum of a two-year degree (preferably a four-year degree) and 10+ years of B2C business development experience in relevant industries.
• 
  The role involves strong communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
