Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to lead sales and marketing efforts from our Mifflinburg, PA headquarters, with a focus on growing business within a 40-mile radius. This role combines strategy and execution across sales, vendor partnerships, showroom development, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and oversee all marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing staff to create promotions, web content, and sales materials.
- Recruit and vet vendor partners; negotiate pricing and performance.
- Expand and maintain the showroom to host customers and highlight products.
- Conduct pricing analysis to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
- Recruit and manage sales or support staff as needed.
- Travel to meet prospective and existing customers and support sales efforts.
- Host facility tours to showcase products and capabilities.

Requirements
- Proven experience in sales leadership, business development, or related field (building products or construction preferred).
- Strong background in sales strategy, marketing collaboration, and vendor management.
- Skilled in pricing analysis, contract negotiations, and customer relations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
- Willingness to travel locally and host client-facing tours/presentations.
