Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with 3-5 years of experience in selling direct hire placement services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, strong sales acumen, and a passion for helping clients find the best talent. This role offers an aggressive and lucrative compensation plan, with a potential earning of $100K+.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and act as a trusted advisor in meeting their direct hire placement needs.
• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, and tailor approaches to effectively position The 4324 Group’s services.
• Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations with clients, effectively communicate the value of our services, and close deals to achieve sales goals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with recruiting teams to ensure alignment on client needs and expectations, ensuring successful placements and long-term client satisfaction.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects, track progress, and provide regular updates to leadership on sales activities and outcomes.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-5 years of proven success in business development, specifically in selling direct hire placement services.
• Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of the sales process with a focus on consultative selling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas and influence decision-makers.
• Relationship Building: Ability to establish and nurture long-term client relationships, and a track record of providing exceptional customer service.
• Drive & Ambition: Highly motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and a sense of urgency.
• Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the recruitment industry and trends, with the ability to leverage insights to drive sales.
• Technology: Proficient in using CRM systems, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation:
We offer a very aggressive and lucrative compensation plan with a potential earning of $100K+ annually. This includes a competitive base salary and an uncapped commission structure, providing significant income potential for top performers.
