Business Development Manager

Pay Range: $100/hr - $120/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute partnership strategies to address product problems and opportunities in collaboration with multiple teams.
• Negotiate long-term partnerships and guide their implementation.
• Analyze markets, targets, and trends to synthesize recommendations into actionable plans.
• Track and report on measurable KPIs for partnership deals in collaboration with product, partnerships, and finance.
• Coordinate cross-functional working groups to drive decisions related to product partnerships.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• 6+ years of experience in tech, business development, or a related field.
• Subject matter expertise in technology, entertainment, and product integrations.
• Knowledge of social media, digital business models, and internet/consumer technology.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems under tight timelines.
• Strong skills in communication and consensus-building.
• Experience building and presenting pitch and briefing materials.
• BS or BA degree.
• Experience working in matrixed organizations in a multi-disciplinary capacity.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a resourceful approach to learning new technologies.
• MBA or JD.
