They will mentor, develop, and guide Business Development Managers in their region. The goal is to provide comprehensive account management for existing and target customers, ensuring consistent engagement across all levels. They will collaborate with the Strategic Accounts team on core and key clients.Essential FunctionsCollaborate with operational leadership to develop sales strategies to meet company goals.Develop, guide, and manage Business Development Managers, setting clear expectations and supporting achievement of goals.Implement strategic sales and marketing plans within the assigned area.Partner with operations to develop quotes and proposals for clients.Contact prospective clients/owners regularly and provide information about the company's offerings.Increase the value of services to current customers and attract new ones.Prepare and present information to prospective clients/owners regarding the company's experience and capabilities.Communicate with client representatives and engineers to clarify project scope.Represent Apache in industry organizations, conferences, and events, actively participating or leading.Conduct business professionally and ethically, upholding all policies and guidelines.Manage accounts receivable collections for assigned customers.Leverage CRM tools for planning and tracking opportunities.Assist management in project contract negotiations.Research new product development, industry standards, and processes to support client presentations.Perform other duties as assigned.Education & ExperienceMinimum 5 years of progressive sales experience in business development within industrial or professional services.Experience leading teams or direct reports.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction, Engineering, or related fields preferred.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesExtensive industry knowledge and best practices.Established industry network and leadership in recognized organizations.Ability to articulate complex strategies to management and peers.Ability to build collaborative relationships and influence others positively.Working Conditions / Physical DemandsStationary position, often standing or sitting for long periods.Frequent travel to sites and offices (driving or flying).Light work, moving objects up to 20 pounds.No adverse environmental conditions expected.#J-18808-Ljbffr
