BayCare Clinic Oral Surgery and Implant Specialists is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Green Bay, WI. We’re looking for a compassionate, thoughtful candidate who wants to contribute to a positive experience for all our patients. Typical hours for this role are Monday-Friday from 8:00am - 4:00pm. This role includes occasional evenings and weekend event coverage to produce high-quality photo and video content that supports social media engagement, marketing campaigns, and business development activities.

BayCare Clinic is a successful, dynamic group comprised of 20+ specialties. We are a physician-owned entity with joint ownership in Aurora BayCare Medical Center, a 167-bed hospital located in Green Bay, WI, offering us a built-in referral base.  Each of our specialty practices have clinical autonomy and are financially sound.

The Practice:

Oral Surgery & Implant Specialists BayCare Clinic is a high-volume growing practice with two main locations in Green Bay and Manitowoc with an additional outreach clinic in Sturgeon Bay. Our Providers offer a full range of oral and maxillofacial treatments to patients of all ages.

The Job:

  • Identifies, negotiates and manages strategic business development initiatives.
  • Working with the Business Development/Marketing team, plans, coordinates and implements all market introductions and business development activities.
  • Acts as liaison between referring providers and Clinic physicians, management and staff.
  • Provides support to all existing BCC referral sources and any sources of business in all geographic locations.
  • Works collaboratively with business development, marketing and operational staff to develop new referral sources for all BCC specialty providers.
  • Has a working understanding of regional market issues, including but not limited to third party payer mix, demographic mix, and all other factors that influence the business of BCC specialty providers.
  • Provides measurements and metrics for gauging success of the position.
  • Respects and maintains confidentiality.
  • Works in a safe, compliant, and ethical manner at all times.

 The Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in healthcare, business, business development or related field, or equivalent experience required.
  • Specialty specific clinical background preferred.
  • Strong background in health care and/or insurance required.
  • Must be a self-starter and have excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess a strong working knowledge of MS Office and other related software.
  • Adaptability to change is required.
