Business Development Manager – Commercial Construction
Location: Orlando, FL
An established and rapidly growing Commercial General Contractor is seeking a Business Development Manager to help expand relationships and drive future growth throughout the Central Florida market.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong commercial construction background who enjoys networking, building relationships, and identifying new opportunities. The company offers a supportive, entrepreneurial culture with leadership that values collaboration, growth, and employee success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and industry partners
- Identify and pursue new commercial construction opportunities
- Attend networking events, industry meetings, and client presentations
- Support long-term growth initiatives and pipeline development
- Help strengthen brand presence throughout Central Florida
Qualifications
- Commercial construction industry experience required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in business development, sales, client relations, or operations within construction
- Self-motivated, outgoing, and professional personality
- Knowledge of commercial construction terminology and processes
- Existing Central Florida relationships preferred
