Business Development Manager
(Cosmetics Packaging Glass/Plastic)-Hybrid Queens, NY

Hybrid role based in Richmond Hill, Queens, NY (120-19 89th Ave)
Onsite daily for the first 90 days of training, then hybrid schedule is available.
Summary
We are seeking a Business Development Manager with strong industry connections in cosmetics packaging (glass and/or plastic) to drive new business growth. This role is focused on hunting and developing new accounts, not account management, and requires an established network within beauty, personal care, or packaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and close new business within cosmetics and personal care packaging
- Leverage existing industry relationships to generate new opportunities
- Target and develop large, high-volume (“critical mass”) accounts
- Build a strong sales pipeline and drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to support client onboarding and execution
Qualifications
- Proven business development / hunter sales experience (not account management)
- Strong network within cosmetics, beauty, or packaging industry
- Experience selling or sourcing glass and/or plastic packaging preferred
- Track record of landing and growing large accounts
- Self-starter with strong negotiation and closing skills
- Must have own vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided)
Compensation & Perks
- Base salary: $130K – $150K
- Commission plan (no bonus structure)
- Car allowance (mileage reimbursement)
- Hybrid work schedule possible after 90 days
