Business Development Manager
CFS is hiring a Business Development Manager to join our award-winning, employee-owned team in Pittsburgh. This is a client-facing sales role focused on building business relationships, managing accounts, and delivering staffing solutions that make a real impact.
About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
- Drive sales growth by identifying and developing new client relationships in Pittsburgh and the surrounding area
- Manage the full sales cycle—developing business, prospecting to closing and account management
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, video, and in-person meetings
- Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Represent CFS with professionalism, integrity, and a consultative approach

- Base salary + uncapped commission. Expected year 1 earnings: $65,000 - 90,000+. Year 2, $75,000-$100,000+.

- 2+ years of sales or business development experience with a track record of success
- Strong communicator across all platforms—phone, email, social media, and in-person
