Business Development Manager

Payrate: $61.50 - $61.50/hr.
 
Summary:
The role involves overseeing and managing internal operations and processes, ensuring the efficient functioning of business activities across various units. This position requires a strong focus on vendor management, demand planning, and process improvement to drive growth and operational excellence.
 
Responsibilities

• Develop activity planning processes and ensure their adoption across business units.
• Lead the development of business plans, planning, and budgeting activities.
• Create goals and KPIs for regional and global strategies as directed by senior leadership.
• Report to senior leadership and key stakeholders on key metrics and KPIs on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis.
• Support in establishing and running operational processes.
• Create materials and presentations for team meetings, off-sites, and other key events.
• Oversee and manage internal end-to-end operations of business activities, including inventory processes and production management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all production targets are met.
• Manage overall operational efficiencies, KPIs, and process improvements for specific categories.
• Perform regular risk assessment analysis and provide recommendations and support.

 
Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in business, management, finance, or economics-related subject.
• Previous experience in a decision-making or strategic management role within a large organization.
• 8-10 years of experience in a relevant field.

 
Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage interpersonal relationships effectively.
• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time efficiently.
• Proficiency in collaborating with other business units and senior stakeholders.
• Experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $61.50 - $61.50 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
