Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of field sales or account management experience (REQUIRED)
• Proven success in business development (hunter sales role) with consistent quota achievement
• Experience in restoration, construction, facilities management, or insurance industries (HIGHLY PREFERRED)
• Strong sales discovery, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and close new business opportunities
• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot (or equivalent)
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally within Maine territory

• Base salary starting at $70,000 + uncapped commission
• Commission draw during ramp period
• On-target earnings (OTE): $100,000 – $190,000+
