Job Description
The company provides a comprehensive portfolio of advanced cooling technologies, and you will need to demonstrate proven experience in selling the below:
- Dry Coolers
- Adiabatic Cooling Systems
- Air-Cooled Condensers
- Liquid Cooling Solutions
- Industrial Heat Exchangers
- Data Center Cooling Platforms
- Power Generation Cooling Equipment
- Custom Engineered Thermal Management Solutions
These technologies play a critical role in supporting data centers, AI facilities, industrial operations, and power infrastructure where reliability, efficiency, and uptime are essential. Required experience:
- Proven territory ownership with quota responsibility
- Strong history of new business development and hunting success
- Experience selling engineered or technical solutions
- Track record of managing long, complex sales cycles
- Experience working with consulting engineers and design teams
- Ability to influence specifications and drive project wins
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and business reporting

A successful Business Development Manager should have:
