About the Company Hiring: Our client is a professional services organization based in Rochester, NY.


About the Job: The Manager of Commercial Print Sales will be responsible for the maintenance of commercial sales accounts, the growth of those accounts, and complete oversight of the customer relationship from start to finish. This individual will lead customer-facing activities, focusing on strategic planning, product development, marketing, branding, and partnerships.

  • Develop and monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, executing effective sales strategies necessary for sustainable growth.
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Negotiate/close agreements with prospective customers and work to grow business with existing customers.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts, as needed.
  • Assist with the quoting process and any special accounts, review gross margins for all resale products and suggest changes as needed.
  • Manage all marketing, social media, and other lead-generating activities. 
  • Collaborate with the finance, product management, and marketing teams on messaging, pricing strategies, and business models for achieving revenue goals.


Minimum Requirements:

  • 7-10+ years in diverse leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth.
  • Relevant experience in the digital printing services. Preferably someone with an existing book of business in the commercial printing space.
  • Proven track record of growing revenue through new-product development, marketing, branding, and partnerships.
  • Ability to craft and execute a business strategy effectively. Experience in making decisions based on business metrics.


Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 base salary + bonus.

Travel: Yes, travel to customers to achieve Company goals. There is no pre-determined travel amount currently set by the company.

Work Style: Primarily onsite with hybrid flexibility.
