Location: Elk Grove Village, IL
Compensation:$95,000 - $100,000 + Commission (OTE: $135-145K)
Travel: Approximately 40% Domestic & International

A privately held manufacturer of commercial food service equipment is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to expand its customer base across North America and international markets. Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities through strategic outreach and relationship building
- Grow existing customer and distribution partner relationships while identifying new revenue opportunities
- Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows throughout the U.S. and internationally
- Develop sales strategies, manage an active pipeline, and consistently achieve revenue goals
- Partner with internal teams to deliver customized solutions and exceptional customer experiences
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of successful B2B business development or outside sales experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven success generating new business and expanding customer relationships
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel approximately 40%, including international travel
- Valid passport required
- Experience selling manufactured products, industrial solutions, capital equipment, or other technical products is preferred
