    Description

    Salary Range: $72,500 - $87,500 annually

We serve more than 1400 clients annually throughout the state of California ranging in age from 18 to 83 years.  We assist our clients to be productive citizens by providing a living and work environment where they feel challenged, respected, and accountable as they strive to meet the demands of life.

    RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

    • Promote Adjoin services and products; Understand ideal customers and how they relate to our service products.
    • Set and meet planned sales target and goals in collaboration with the CEO. Own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals.
    • Track service sales and costs by analyzing and entering sales data, expense, and new business data; Prepare marketing reports and summarizing sales data. Assess marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales and drive new strategy to improve sales and meet organizational goals.
    • Take calculated risks to increase profitability and brand recognition.
    • Implement marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; prepare marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; plan and organize promotional presentations. Stay up to date on current market trends.
    • Play an active role in ongoing development of new services; Work in a hands-on fashion, building service, providing motivation and inspiration to team members.
    • Represent Adjoin by attending conferences, meetings, and industry events; Plan and attend by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists.
    • Hire, supervise, and evaluate personnel as necessary to operate new services. Train and assist team members to perform their duties in accordance with policies and procedures of Adjoin.
    • Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnerships that add value; Establish and maintain positive and productive relationships with customers, clients, provider agencies, advocacy groups, families, care providers and other stakeholders.
    • Maintain databases and promotional materials inventory.
    • Coordinate and collaborate with Community Engagement & Development team to creatively reach more potential customers.
    • Provide requisite information and operational data regarding new service to the CEO and/or his/her designee in a complete, accurate and timely manner.
    • Monitor budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts. Operate services in a fiscally responsible manner.
    • Ensure reports and billing activities are completed in a timely manner/per agency guidelines and services are operating within budgets.
    • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading service-related publications.
    • Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
    • Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
    • Provide and attend all required meetings and in-services as assigned.
    • Travel to meetings, conferences, and community events as required, ensuring safety and professionalism while driving.
    • Complete all required training within required deadlines. Monitor and ensure all staff are completing the required training.
    • Comply with all safety standards and practices.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
    • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
    • Experience in customer relationship management.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in order to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely.
    • Solid computer skills and awareness of web-based marketing and social media.
    • Driven and committed to success while maintaining integrity.
    • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
    • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
    • Dedication to providing great customer service.
    • Superior interpersonal, time-management and organizational skills.
    • Ability to respond professionally to inquiries or complaints from clients, provider agencies or others.
    • Capability to oversee and monitor budgets.
    • Knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools.
    • Evidence of ability to innovate and implement change successfully.
    • Insured, registered vehicle in safe working condition, and proof of current CA driver’s license.

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS

    • Ability to travel within and throughout California a minimum of 65% of the time.
    • Ability to travel overnight monthly throughout the state to attend events, conferences, meetings, trainings, etc.
    • Successful completion of drug screen and background check.
    • Acceptable DMV record
