Position Overview:
SGL is seeking a dynamic and seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding the customer base, and nurturing strong relationships with existing clients. This role requires a deep understanding of client needs to ensure seamless coordination with the Operations team for effective service delivery and KPI achievement. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, results-driven, and skilled in sales strategy, negotiation, and relationship management. This position reports directly to the Regional Vice President of Sales.
