Business Development Manager
Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the construction industry. Identify, pursue and foster relationships with potential candidates to fill roles in assigned market. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized staffing and recruiting solutions. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction. Monitor market trends and provide insights to clients and internal stakeholders. Achieve and exceed revenue targets through strategic account management. Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring long-term partnerships. Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
