This is a senior role responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion for TCS BaNCS Payments across the U.S. banking market.
The position owns new U.S. Payments opportunities , including, deal qualification, solution positioning, and executive‑level sales engagement, with a strong focus on ACH, wires, and real‑time payments.
In support of sales success, the role partners closely with product, architecture, and delivery teams and provides client‑facing payments expertise as needed to shape requirements, strengthen proposals, and ensure confidence from pursuit through delivery.
Responsibilities Include:
Serve as the sales lead for U.S. Payments opportunities, with end‑to‑end responsibility for deal qualification, and closure, and supporting the implementation team. Strengthen TCS BaNCS' credibility and presence in the U.S. Payments market through thought leadership and customer engagement Engage directly with senior banking executives and payments leaders to drive sales discussions and build long‑term client relationships Support implementation engagements post‑sale to maintain continuity between sales commitments and delivery outcomes Deep U.S. Payments domain expertise, including ACH, Wires, and Real‑Time Payments (RTP, FedNow), with the ability to credibly engage bank executives, shape solutions, and support complex sales pursuits end‑to‑end Lead solution positioning and value articulation for payments modernization initiatives covering ACH, wires, and real‑time payments (RTP, FedNow) Strengthen TCS BaNCS' credibility and presence in the U.S. Payments market through thought leadership and customer engagement
Qualifications:
13+ Years of experience Extensive experience in the U.S. banking and payments industry, with a strong focus on solution consulting Deep U.S. Payments domain expertise, including ACH, Wires, and Real‑Time Payments (e.g., RTP, FedNow) Proven experience in enterprise sales or solution‑led selling for complex technology or payments modernization initiatives Demonstrated ability to lead executive‑level client engagements, including deal qualification, value positioning, and closing Strong capability in solution shaping and requirements definition to support sales pursuits and proposals Experience working cross‑functionally with product, architecture, and delivery teams to support outcomes Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Willingness to travel as needed to support client engagements
Salary Range: $167,600-$226,800 a year
