The Training Solution is hiring a Business Development Manager to sign new facility partners and own those relationships for the life of the partnership. This is a full-cycle role for a closer who wants more than a one-time commission check: you hunt, you close (in person), and you keep the accounts you win, including the recurring income they generate.

About The Training Solution
The Training Solution is the facility partnership program built by Sports Boxx. We partner with sports training facilities, gyms, and sports chiropractors to launch new revenue they could not build on their own:
- Branded in-facility apparel displays and custom online apparel stores
- Haystack, our white-label recruiting software for their athletes and members
- Staff training and proven systems to monetize their brand
Facilities join the program, our team builds it, members buy the apparel, and athletes use Haystack. We help facility owners turn their brand into a recurring revenue engine. The program is the pitch, and it works.
The role
You will own the full sales cycle and then own the account. Specifically, you will:
- Source and prospect new facility partners, with support from our outbound engine that books qualified meetings for you
- Run discovery, build the offer, and close deals in person at the facility
- Serve as the single point of contact for every partner you sign, for the life of the partnership
- Visit your accounts in person to drive usage of the apparel program and Haystack, so partners win and renew
- Grow each account through add-ons, expansion, and referrals
- Hit and track clear weekly activity and account-health targets
This is a field role. You should expect to be on the road inside your territory, closing in the room and showing your face at the facilities you serve.
What you will earn
We pay for hunting and for keeping accounts healthy:
- Base salary: $33,600 per year ($2,800/month)
- Uncapped close commission: $1,500 to $5,000 per facility you sign, based on the package they choose
- Recurring income: 3% on every renewal and on recurring add-ons, a book of business that compounds every year you keep accounts healthy
- Quarterly performance bonus tied to account success
- First-year on-target earnings of $60,000 to $85,000, uncapped, with top performers earning more as their recurring book grows
- Mileage and travel reimbursed per company policy
The close commission is your engine. The recurring income is the book you build once and earn on for years.
What we are looking for
- 2+ years of B2B sales, outside or field sales, or full-cycle closing experience
- A hunter who can also build and keep relationships. Not an order-taker, not a pure account manager
- Comfortable closing face-to-face and traveling within your territory
- A track record of hitting quota and self-sourcing pipeline
- Coachable, organized, and motivated by ownership and upside
- Bonus points: experience in sports, fitness, apparel, software/SaaS, or selling to small-business owners
