Sales & Marketing Manager

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $100,000–$110,000 annually

ROLE IMPACT
Lead the commercial growth and market expansion of an innovative ultrasonic flow meter within targeted industrial markets, with an initial focus on the biopharmaceutical and semiconductor industries. Partner with Sales and Engineering to drive revenue, strengthen brand awareness, develop strategic customer relationships, and execute marketing initiatives that accelerate product adoption and long-term business growth.

• Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and expand market share.
• Build and grow relationships with key accounts, end users, OEMs, and channel partners while identifying new business opportunities.
• Lead product positioning, messaging, and promotional initiatives through technical presentations, training materials, marketing collateral, and customer-facing campaigns.
• Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify new applications, product enhancements, and strategic growth opportunities.
• Deliver accurate sales forecasts, manage strategic accounts, and achieve established revenue and business objectives.
• Travel domestically up to 50% to support customers, partners, industry events, and business development initiatives.

• Minimum Qualifications
• Technical degree with experience in industrial instrumentation, process control, or related technical products.
• Proven success driving sales growth, developing new markets, and managing key accounts and distribution/channel partner networks.
• Strong understanding of biopharmaceutical or semiconductor manufacturing processes and the OEM landscape supporting these industries.

PREFERRED SKILLS
• MBA preferred.
• Experience within Chemical, Food & Beverage, Water & Wastewater, Agriculture, Automotive, or Oil & Gas industries.
• 5–7 years of sales and marketing experience with industrial or technical products.
