Our client is a growing residential roofing company serving homeowners throughout the Tucson market and they are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven sales professional to help expand their presence throughout the southern Arizona region. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys networking, building trust, generating referrals, and creating new business opportunities within the local community. This role is ideal for a realtor, real estate professional, home services sales representative, or business development professional looking to transition into a full-time sales career with significant earning potential and long-term growth opportunities.


The Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through relationship development, referral partnerships, community networking, and direct homeowner engagement. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to homeowners while developing referral relationships with Realtors, property managers, insurance agents, contractors, and other local professionals.


The ideal candidate is highly motivated, entrepreneurial, comfortable working independently, and excited about building a territory while earning uncapped commissions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain referral relationships with realtors, property managers, insurance agents, HOAs, and local business partners
  • Generate new residential roofing opportunities throughout the Tucson market
  • Conduct in-home consultations and educate homeowners on roofing solutions
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through networking, referrals, and community involvement
  • Track sales activities and opportunities within the company CRM
  • Follow up consistently with prospective customers and referral partners
  • Represent the company at networking events, trade associations, and community functions
  • Collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales and/or business development experience within real estate or home services
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working in the field throughout the Tucson market
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation and Culture

  • Base Salary: $50,000–$75,000
