Why You Will Love this JobRehlko is growing its presence in the turf equipment market and is looking for a Business Development Manager - Turf to build and strengthen relationships with OEM dealers, distributors, and landscapers across the country. This is a field-based, remote role focused on driving brand preference and channel growth for Rehlko engines within the turf industry - working closely with dealers, distributors, OEM partners, and internal teams to support product adoption and market share growth. The role requires approximately 50-70% travel, with the person on the road roughly every other week visiting dealers, distributors, and landscapers, and attending trade shows and industry events.

Specific Responsibilities- Build and grow relationships with turf OEM distributors, dealers, and landscapers nationwide.
- Conduct regular dealer and distributor visits to understand customer needs and uncover growth opportunities.
- Represent Rehlko at dealer open houses, distributor meetings, trade shows, and industry conferences.
- Support product launches through training, demonstrations, and promotional activities for dealers, distributors, and service personnel.
- Partner with marketing on channel campaigns, co-op programs, and demand-generation initiatives.
- Serve as a key liaison between the field and internal teams - customer service, product management, marketing, and engineering - to ensure dealer and distributor needs are understood and addressed.
- Gather market feedback and communicate customer and channel insights to support product development and business planning.
- Track channel performance, market trends, and competitive activity to identify new opportunities.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agricultural Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in turf channel management, sales, or business development
- Turf industry experience is required. Additional experience in outdoor power equipment, agriculture, infrastructure, or related industries is a plus.
- Demonstrated success working with dealer and distributor networks.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills across all levels of a dealership or distributor.
- Self-starter who can work independently and manage priorities
