About the Role Southern Sands Property Management Group is seeking a highly driven, results-oriented Business Development Manager to accelerate portfolio growth through outbound sales and strategic owner acquisition. This is a full-cycle sales role responsible for identifying property owners, generating new opportunities through outbound outreach, and converting those opportunities into signed management agreements. The ideal candidate thrives in a performance-driven environment, takes full ownership of their pipeline, and is motivated by measurable results and uncapped earning potential.
