Our platform gives operations teams real-time visibility into every delivery - from dispatch through to electronic proof of delivery, replacing paper-based processes with data that drives accountability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.The Role As Senior BDM for North America, you'll own new logo acquisition across the mid-market. Running the full sales cycle from cold outreach through to signed contract. You'll focus on logistics-intensive businesses in Building & Construction, logistics & distribution, food and beverage, medical and field services: companies running 10–200 vehicle fleets that need to modernise how they manage and prove deliveries.This is a high-autonomy, high-ownership role. You'll work directly with senior commercial leaders, feed into product strategy and marketing direction for your region.What You'll Do Own the full new business sales cycle - from targeted outbound prospecting and qualification through to product demonstrations, commercial negotiation, and close.Manage and convert inbound leads generated through marketing, partnerships, and our existing customer base, ensuring fast follow-up and structured qualification.Build outbound pipeline through phone-based prospecting, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and in-person engagement at industry events - this is a high-activity, hunting role.Leverage Detrack's existing North American customer base to generate referrals, case studies, and lookalike opportunities within our target industries.Work closely with channel partners to co-develop and convert pipeline, with the ability to manage strategic partner relationships over time.Apply a defined sales methodology (MEDDPICC or similar) to maintain disciplined pipeline hygiene, accurate forecasting, and structured opportunity management in HubSpot.Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to sharpen messaging, refine ICP targeting, and improve conversion across the funnel.Represent Detrack at industry events, trade shows, and face-to-face customer meetings - willingness to travel across North America is essential.Provide market intelligence back to the business: competitive insights, buyer objections, and vertical-specific requirements that inform product and GTM decisions.What We're Looking For Must-have 5+ years of consistent quota achievement in a full-cycle, new business B2B SaaS role , with significant phone based experience - not account management or renewals.Proven outbound hunter : comfortable building pipeline from scratch through cold calling, email sequencing, and LinkedIn outreach. A significant portion of your deals are self-sourced.Experience selling into Building & Construction, logistics/distribution, field services, or supply chain software (ERP, TMS, last-mile, fleet/telematics).CRM discipline and structured pipeline management - you run your business from your CRM, not a spreadsheet.Based in Texas or a surrounding state (Oklahoma, New Mexico, Louisiana, Arkansas, Colorado) with ability to travel for customer and event engagements.Nice-to-have Experience with channel or partner-led sales.Experience on managing integrations with ERPs via APIsExperience as the first or early sales hire at a scale-up - you know how to build process from scratch, not just inherit it.Existing network within the North American construction, logistics, or fleet management sector.#J-18808-Ljbffr
