The ideal candidate is a former paper mill operations leader who successfully transitioned into commercial or business development roles. They understand mill operations firsthand, have established relationships across the industry, and can effectively connect customer challenges with solutions that improve performance, profitability, and long-term value.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $117,510.00 and $172,337.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
