Business Development Manager - POSM
Location: USA (Remote/Hybrid, up to 40% travel)

A growing organization in the retail display and point‑of‑sale materials (POSM) space is seeking an experienced
Business Development Manager to drive new business growth and expand existing accounts. This role is ideal for a results‑driven sales professional with a strong hunter mindset and experience selling custom, non‑standard POSM or display solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and close new B2B business opportunities across POSM, retail displays, fixtures, and signage
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outreach, networking, and industry events
- Lead client discovery conversations to understand goals, timelines, budgets, and creative direction
- Develop and present proposals aligned with design, production feasibility, and margin objectives
- Advise clients on materials, print methods, illumination, and finishing options
- Translate creative concepts into production‑ready solutions in collaboration with internal teams
- Support cross‑selling of complementary capabilities such as print, fabrication, textiles, and digital displays
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline and forecast updates
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of B2B sales experience in POSM, retail displays, or related visual communications
- Proven success in new business development and account growth
- Strong commercial acumen, including pricing, quoting, and margin management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Highly organized, self‑directed, and comfortable working independently
- Ability to travel up to 40%
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
