Primary Care & Addiction Medicine Practice Full-Time | Central OH – Travel Required

We are a growing mid-sized primary care and addiction medicine practice dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that improves the lives of our patients. We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Business Development & Marketing Specialist to help expand our community presence, strengthen referral partnerships, and support strategic growth initiatives.

Position Summary

The Business Development & Marketing Representative will lead efforts to increase patient referrals, promote our services, enhance our brand presence, and develop strategic partnerships throughout the community. This individual will work closely with leadership to identify growth opportunities and execute marketing strategies that support the practice's mission.


Key Responsibilities

Business Development

· Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, behavioral health providers, employers, community organizations, and referral partners.

· Develop strategies to increase patient referrals for primary care and addiction treatment services.

· Identify new business opportunities and community partnerships.

· Represent the practice at networking events, health fairs, and professional meetings.

· Track referral sources and analyze business development performance.

Marketing

· Develop and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns.

· Manage the practice's social media platforms and online reputation.

· Coordinate website updates and marketing content.

· Create brochures, newsletters, presentations, and promotional materials.

· Monitor marketing analytics and recommend improvements.

· Support patient education and community outreach initiatives.

Community Engagement

· Organize educational events and community programs.

· Build relationships with local organizations, employers, schools, and healthcare providers.

· Promote awareness of addiction treatment, recovery resources, and preventive healthcare services.


Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.

· 2+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, physician liaison, business development, or related experience.

· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

· Strong organizational and project management abilities.

· Experience with social media marketing and digital advertising.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or marketing platforms.

· Healthcare experience, especially in primary care, behavioral health, or addiction medicine, is preferred.


Preferred Skills

· Knowledge of healthcare referral networks.

· Experience working with community organizations and healthcare providers.

· Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare marketing regulations.

· Graphic design or content creation experience is a plus.

· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
