Business Development

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our client's team in Oceanside. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth and fostering strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying potential business opportunities and generating new leads through research and networking.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
• Presenting and promoting the company's products and services to potential clients.
• Negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
• Attending industry events and conferences to build a network and increase brand awareness.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role.
• Comfortable making 50+ outbound phone calls through-out the workday
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Experience working with RM software or similar platforms, proficient with Microsoft Office

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, 7:00am -3:30pm
