Business Development & Operations Manager
MosquitoNix®, the national leader in mosquito control solutions, is hiring a Business Development & Operations Manager. This hybrid role blends sales, community outreach, and customer growth with hands-on installation and service support. What You'll Do
Business Development (70%)
- Prospect, network, and build relationships in the community
- Attend events and generate new customer leads
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close
- Educate homeowners on our mosquito control systems
- Build referral partnerships with local businesses
Operations & Installation (30%)
- Assist with installing and maintaining mosquito control systems
- Support service teams and ensure quality customer experiences
- Learn hands-on technical skills (no experience required)

What You Need

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience with successful achievement of increasing revenue through current customers and developing new customer base
- 2+ years experience growing sales

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
