Exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated sales professional to join a growing, life sciences national staffing agency as a Business Development Partner.

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Clinical & Scientific Partnerships, this role will primarily be responsible for developing new business and managing client accounts. Qualified candidates must be articulate, goal-oriented, motivated and bright, with the ability to comfortably and effectively interface with all levels and work collaboratively with dynamic teams. Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities:
  • Proactively search for client companies with staffing service needs 
  • Build relationships, with the goal to be the vendor of choice 
  • Meet sales metrics 
  • Ensure client retention 
  • Drive aggressive growth and profitability in a sustainable manner
  • Be knowledgeable and current on client and prospect market insights, current events, and publications
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders while ensuring contracts are executed as agreed upon
  • Gather useful information from client and communicate effectively
  • Create and deliver presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
  • Conduct day-to-day account management responsibilities while providing excellent client service
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns

Required Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or other related discipline
  • At least 5 years of recent sales/business development experience in staffing
  • Demonstrated success developing client relationships
  • Experience in life sciences is preferred
  • Clinical or Scientific recruiting experience is a plus
