Exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated sales professional to join a growing, life sciences national staffing agency as a Business Development Partner.
Reporting to the Sr. Director, Clinical & Scientific Partnerships, this role will primarily be responsible for developing new business and managing client accounts. Qualified candidates must be articulate, goal-oriented, motivated and bright, with the ability to comfortably and effectively interface with all levels and work collaboratively with dynamic teams. Ability to travel up to 25%.
Responsibilities:
Proactively search for client companies with staffing service needs
Build relationships, with the goal to be the vendor of choice
Meet sales metrics
Ensure client retention
Drive aggressive growth and profitability in a sustainable manner
Be knowledgeable and current on client and prospect market insights, current events, and publications
Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders while ensuring contracts are executed as agreed upon
Gather useful information from client and communicate effectively
Create and deliver presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
Conduct day-to-day account management responsibilities while providing excellent client service
Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns

Required Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in business, science, or other related discipline
At least 5 years of recent sales/business development experience in staffing
