Plan and execute a portfolio of local events, from intimate consignor dinners and brand activations to community partnerships and sponsorships, that drive supply, build brand awareness, and deepen client relationships
Identify and activate partnerships with brand-relevant local businesses, philanthropic organizations, and community influencers that expand TRR's reach among high-value consignors
Build every program with measurable outcomes, establishing clear KPIs, tracking event-driven supply results, and analyzing post-event performance to continuously improve
Collaborate closely with regional sales teams to align on goals, coordinate consignor outreach, and implement lead capture and routing processes
Partner with Marketing, CRM, Creative, and Social teams to ensure local activations are amplified across channels and connected to broader marketing campaigns
Leverage social platforms to build local awareness of the TRR brand and mission, identifying topics and moments that resonate with your target consignor audience
Manage quarterly budget and ensure all programming delivers against supply and brand awareness goals for your market
Stay current on local cultural trends, luxury market dynamics, and community developments to identify timely event and partnership opportunities
MInimum Requirements:
EXTERNAL: 4+ years of experience in experiential, event, or field marketing, agency or in-house
INTERNAL: Located in or willing to relocate to the physical territory (At Home first role) of the geographically assigned market
INTERNAL: Currently in an individual contributor, Concierge role with a New Consignor goal (LM or SMLM) for at least 1+ years
INTERNAL: Hit or exceed both unit quota and New Consignor goal for past 1+ years
INTERNAL: Note: Internal transfers will not be able to keep their VIPs or book of business (not required for the role)
Proven track record of planning and executing high-quality events from concept through execution, with measurable business outcomes
Strong performance mindset with the ability to define metrics, interpret data, and optimize programs for results
Experience building productive partnerships with local businesses, community organizations, and brand-relevant partners
Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams to align event strategy with broader go-to-market goals
Operationally strong and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple programs across markets and timelines simultaneously
Creative thinker with a pulse on cultural and local trends and the ability to translate insights into strategic event opportunities
Ability to manage a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed to support market events
Ability to travel up to 75% within assigned market area

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Established contacts and community relationships in local market
Experience in luxury, fashion, or premium lifestyle brands
Prior experience working alongside or embedded within a sales organization

The expected salary range for this role is $100,000.00-$112,000.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
The expected On-Target Earnings range for this role is $125,000.00-$140,000.00. To determine on-target earnings, the range includes both base salary and target incentive compensation. Target incentive compensation for some roles may include a ramping period. Compensation is higher for those who exceed targets.
