About the Opportunity

Desort is expanding rapidly across multiple verticals — Dental, Medical, Veterinary, Optometry, and Legal — and we are seeking a Business Development Partner to accelerate our national growth.

This role is designed for a driven, polished communicator who excels at building long‑term client relationships, generating new business, and representing a modern, high‑touch recruitment brand. You will play a direct role in expanding Desort’s footprint across high‑value markets.

What You’ll Do

  • Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of clients across multiple industries
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities through outbound outreach
  • Conduct discovery calls and pitch Desort’s recruitment solutions
  • Strengthen Desort’s presence in high‑demand markets
  • Partner with internal recruiters to ensure seamless placements
  • Track activity, pipeline performance, and revenue outcomes
  • Represent the Desort brand with professionalism, urgency, and confidence

Compensation (Commission‑Only)

  • Earnings range:$85,000 – $180,000+ annually, depending on performance
