As a Business Development Representative on our Private Markets team, youll be on the front lines of one of the fastest-growing areas in finance, private and secondary market investing. Youll engage accredited investors through outbound and inbound outreach, spark interest in exclusive pre-IPO opportunities, and set high-quality discovery calls for our Private Equity Associates.

This role is designed for ambitious, sharp communicators who want to break into fintech, private markets, or high-performance sales. What Youll Do

• Proactively outreach to accredited investors via phone, email, and other channels • Qualify investor interest and educate prospects on StartEngines private market offerings • Book discovery calls and meetings for Private Equity Associates • Maintain detailed notes and activity tracking in CRM systems • Collaborate closely with sales leadership to refine messaging and outreach strategies • Develop a strong understanding of private markets, secondaries, and pre-IPO investing • Represent the StartEngine brand with professionalism, confidence, and integrity

What Were Looking For

Must live and work in the US 4-year Bachelors degree or equivalent Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfort making outbound calls and engaging investors professionally Experience in finance, investing, fintech, or private markets Highly organized, disciplined, and results-driven mindset Coachable, curious, and motivated to grow into a sales or investing role Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment Must live and work permanently in the United States
