About Desort

Desort is a recruitment and staffing firm serving the Dental, Medical, Veterinary, Optometry, and Legal industries. We are looking for an experienced Business Development & Recruitment Sales Specialist to help grow our client base and sell our recruitment services to employers nationwide.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and develop new employer/client relationships
• Contact business owners, executives, HR leaders, and hiring managers
• Identify hiring needs and introduce Desort’s recruitment solutions
• Sell recruitment and staffing services and generate new business
• Conduct outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
• Build and manage your own client pipeline
• Follow up with prospects and develop long-term client relationships
• Work with Desort’s recruiting team to support client hiring needs

Required Experience

Experience in BOTH sales/business development AND recruitment/staffing is required.

• Previous experience in sales, business development, client acquisition, or account management
• Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or a recruitment agency
• Experience selling recruitment or staffing services is highly valuable
• Comfortable prospecting, cold calling, and speaking with decision-makers
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Experience with LinkedIn, email, CRM systems, and online prospecting
• Spanish/English bilingual is not required but is highly valuable

Compensation

Commission-only. No base salary, hourly wage, or guaranteed compensation. Earnings are based on successful business generated and are not guaranteed.
