Key Requirements:
- Must have experience working directly in the staffing or Contract Labor industry operations, sales experience in B2B (business to business).
- Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
- Familiarity with industry's rules and regulations
- Excellent organizational skills
- Results driven and customer focused
- Quality Leadership and Communication skills
- Must be willing to work over the road and in the office
- Must have the ability to use MS Excel & Microsoft Word.
- Ability to be appropriately aggressive in sales, resulting in new business acquisition.
