FlyMyRide is a mobile auto detailing and ceramic coating company in Ashburn, VA. We're looking for a business development rep to build partnerships with local car dealerships so they offer our ceramic coating to their buyers and inventory.
What you'll do:
Prospect and visit new, used, and luxury dealerships across Loudoun, Fairfax, and Prince William.
Build relationships with GMs, sales managers, F&I managers, and used-car managers.
Pitch ceramic coating programs for new-car delivery, pre-owned reconditioning, and dealer add-on packages.
Set up partner agreements and pricing with dealers, then hand the work off to our install team.
Keep your pipeline and follow-ups current in our CRM.
Check in with partner dealers so they keep sending us repeat work.
What we're looking for:
2+ years in B2B sales, dealership sales or F&I, automotive vendor sales, or similar.
You know how dealerships work and you're comfortable walking in cold.
You care about cars; ceramic coating, PPF, or detailing knowledge is a big plus.
Organized, self-driven, and good at follow-up.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
You live in or near Loudoun, Fairfax, or Prince William County.

Pay:
$18–$25/hr, W-2, full-time.
Incentives: $250 bonus for each new dealership signed, 5% of ceramic coating revenue from your accounts, plus monthly target bonuses.
Mostly daytime schedule visiting dealerships.
