Compass Technology Group (CTG) is a woman and veteran owned small business focused on developing and manufacturing innovative electromagnetic measurement devices. We are looking for an experienced Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join our team. CTG embraces a team-based problem-solvingapproach that results in a creative environment with a continuous exchange of new ideas and learning.

The Marketing and Content Coordinator is responsible for providing innovative and dynamic leadership in the areas of marketing, social campaigns, content creation and branding. Leveraging digital and traditional means, this position will work hands on furthering the brand awareness with an end goal of continued business growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Designing and creating online marketing content, including newsletters, brochures, and promotional emails
  • Collaborating with management team to create white papers, infographics, and marketing videos.
  • Tracking and recording the performance of marketing campaigns and presenting this information to the senior management and members of the management team
  • Identifying the effectiveness of marketing material by tracking metrics including conversion rates, customer loyalty and customer satisfaction
  • Reviewing and analyzing consumer data to analyze effective marketing strategies and successful ways to increase brand awareness.
  • Assessing the return on investment (ROI) for marketing campaigns
  • Networking with potential customers and industry professionals to grow brand awareness and promote the company's products.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or relevant experience
  • 2-4 years of work experience
  • Proven experience in a marketing management role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating skills in campaign development and brand management.
  • Excellent skills in content creation, graphic design, editing, and communication.
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing analytics and tools knowledge.
  • Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
  • Positive attitude, detail-oriented with strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Strong Graphic Design and Social media skills
Physical Demands and Work Environment

Able to lift up to 50 lbs

Work in a business office space that includes a lab and production environment.
