A Behavioral health program serving adolescents is seeking a Business Development Representative for a PHP/IOP setting. This position is responsible for developing referral relationships and generating admissions through direct outreach across New Jersey.
Responsibilities include visiting doctor offices, hospitals, emergency departments, crisis centers, schools, and community organizations. This position will educate referral partners on services, programs, and admissions, track outreach activity and referral pipelines, and work closely with admissions to support intake and follow-up.
Requirements:
Compensation: $90k base salary, plus *uncapped* bonus structure.
Schedule: Full-time. Monday - Friday.
Benefits: Standard with mileage reimbursement / travel stipend for fieldwork.
