Compensation: $56,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses

Responsibilities
Generate new business through outbound prospecting and cold calling
Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients
Achieve sales and activity goals
Build and grow long-term customer relationships
Qualifications
1+ years of sales, retail, hospitality, customer-facing, or related experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable making outbound calls and prospecting new business
Competitive, coachable, and self-motivated
Desire to grow professionally and increase earnings
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
