Location: Fort Worth, TX

Compensation: $56,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses

CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) for a growing organization in Fort Worth, TX. This is a direct-hire opportunity offering professional sales training, uncapped earning potential, and career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound prospecting and cold calling
• Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients
• Achieve sales and activity goals
• Build and grow long-term customer relationships

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales, retail, hospitality, customer-facing, or related experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls and prospecting new business
• Competitive, coachable, and self-motivated
• Desire to grow professionally and increase earnings
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Additional Details

• Fully onsite position in Fort Worth, TX
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Must be willing to travel for initial training
• Direct Hire opportunity
