This is a dedicated outside sales and field business development position focused entirely on expanding the firm’s B2B referral ecosystem. Operating across an assigned territory in your target market, you will take full ownership of mapping, prospecting, and establishing long-term, high-yield partnerships with local plumbers and plumbing companies to secure continuous referral pipelines for property mitigation services.
Referral Network Development: Identify, pitch, develop, and maintain deep professional relationships with local plumbers and commercial plumbing companies to generate high-volume referral opportunities.
Prospecting & Territory Management: Execute strict field prospecting, strategic networking, and territory mapping to secure new lead sources and expand the active referral footprint.
Partner Education: Educate prospective trade partners on the comprehensive scope of the company's emergency mitigation services and the clear value proposition for their end customers.
Deal Execution: Negotiate terms, finalize structures, and successfully close new commercial referral partnerships.
Relationship Management & QA: Conduct follow-up evaluations post-project completion to ensure absolute customer satisfaction and strengthen partner retention.
CRM Data Management: Diligently track all daily field sales activities, active pipelines, opportunities, and strategic account results using a centralized CRM system.
Event Hosting: Plan, coordinate, and host off-site client meetings, industry networking events, and targeted brand advocacy initiatives.
Sales Mindset: Proactive, self-motivated hunter mentality with a proven capability to drive outside sales production.
Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build scale independently, and maintain long-lasting, trust-based business relationships.
Operational Control: High-tier communication, interpersonal skills, and professional time management workflows.
Field Mobility: Valid driver’s license with a completely clean driving record to manage field-based territory travel.
Previous structural experience in outside sales, industrial field sales, or regional business development.
Hands-on experience utilizing modern CRM software applications to manage complex sales funnels.
Technical: B2B prospecting, territory routing efficiency, pipeline metrics tracking, CRM management, and cross-industry account execution.
Professional: High-stakes relationship management, value-proposition presentation, self-directed discipline, and high-impact verbal communication.
