Business Development Representative (BDR) – Full Cycle
Location: New York (Onsite)
Comp: $100K–$120K OTE + Equity
High-growth AI healthcare company is hiring BDRs who want ownership beyond just booking meetings.
This is not a traditional BDR role. You own the full funnel from outbound through onboarding and activation.
What you'll do
Prospect and build pipeline from scratch
Run demos and onboarding sessions with customers
Drive activation and product adoption
Own accounts through initial usage, not just handoff
Build repeatable playbooks to scale onboarding
What they want
BDR / SDR / sales experience with outbound ownership
Comfortable running demos or willing to learn fast
