Are you a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to enter the business world and build strong professional skills?

We are looking for a Junior Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team in Merrimack, NH.

No extensive experience required — we provide full training from day one.

This role offers the opportunity to learn how B2B sales works in a global company, develop communication and business skills, and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic industrial environment.

You will work alongside experienced team members, gaining practical experience and progressively taking on more responsibility.

Responsibilities
Business Development & Prospecting

In your first months, you will learn how to:

  • Identify potential customers and business opportunities

  • Reach out to prospects via calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels

  • Qualify leads and manage them in the CRM system

  • Build first relationships with potential clients

Sales Support
  • Assist in preparing and sending commercial offers and quotations

  • Follow up on leads, quotes, and opportunities

  • Support customer inquiries with guidance from senior team members

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

Customer Service & Coordination
  • Support customers with documentation, certifications, and basic requests

  • Monitor orders and communicate updates to customers

  • Help resolve customer issues with the support of the team

  • Keep CRM and internal systems updated

Your responsibilities will grow as you gain experience and confidence in the role.

Requirements
  • Recent graduate or early-career candidate (0–1 year of experience)

  • Interest in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles

  • Strong communication skills and willingness to talk to new people daily

  • Proactive, resilient, and eager to learn

  • Organized with strong follow-up skills

  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus, but not required
