A leading real estate investment firm is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join its Acquisitions team in West Palm Beach, FL. This is a strong opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys sales, is comfortable on the phone, and wants to break into commercial real estate.

The firm manages $6B+ in assets, acquires $500M+ annually, and owns 5,000+ properties nationwide. It is backed by a larger parent company with $90B+ in assets. The team focuses on acquiring ground leases for existing telecom infrastructure, including cell towers, cell sites, and billboards.

What You’ll Do:

This is a sales-focused, phone-heavy role where you’ll help source new acquisition opportunities.

  • Make 75–100 outbound calls per day to property owners

  • Build rapport and identify potential sellers

  • Qualify leads by gathering basic property and ownership information

  • Schedule meetings for the Acquisitions team

  • Track calls, follow-ups, and outcomes in a CRM

  • Work closely with the Acquisitions team to support active deals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Prior experience in cold calling, sales, or lead generation (real estate experience is a plus, not required)

  • Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone

  • Goal-oriented mindset and strong work ethic

  • Ability to work in-office 5 days per week in West Palm Beach, FL

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Word/Excel
