We manage a portfolio of high-end vacation homes across Anna Maria Island and operate with a hospitality-first mindset, protecting and enhancing our homeowners' investments.Position SummaryWe're looking for a driven Business Development professional to expand our portfolio of premium vacation rental properties in the Anna Maria Island and Bradenton area. You will be the face of SkyRun Vacation Rentals, building relationships with property owners, real estate professionals, and community partners to grow our presence in one of Florida's most desirable vacation destinations. You will manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and networking to closing deals and ensuring successful onboarding.ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Lead GenerationProspect and generate new leads through:Networking with real estate agents, brokers, and investorsLocal outreach and community engagementCold calling, email campaigns, and in-person meetingsIdentify high-quality vacation rental opportunities aligned with company standardsSales & ClosingConduct discovery calls and in-person property walkthroughsAnalyze property potential and present revenue projections to ownersPitch SkyRun's management services and value propositionNegotiate and close management agreementsConsistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly growth targetsMarket ExpertiseDevelop deep knowledge of:Anna Maria Island and Bradenton STR marketsPricing trends, seasonality, and demand driversLocal regulations and compliance requirementsAdvise property owners on:Revenue optimizationProperty upgrades to maximize ROIRelationship Management & OnboardingBuild and maintain long-term relationships with:Property ownersRealtors and brokersLocal partners and vendorsServe as the primary point of contact during onboarding of new locationsEnsure smooth transition from signed agreement to active listingPipeline & ReportingMaintain an active and organized sales pipeline (CRM)Track outreach, meetings, and conversion metricsProvide regular reporting on:Lead flowConversion ratesMarket feedback and opportunitiesRequired Qualifications2+ years of experience in sales, business development for short-term rentalsProven ability to generate leads and close dealsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsSelf-starter with a high level of accountability and driveComfortable working both independently and in a teamPreferred QualificationsExisting network in Anna Maria Island and BradentonFamiliarity with platforms like Airbnb and VRBOCompensation and BenefitsAnnual Salary: $55,000 - $65,000Bonus and OTE: Commission per deal signed & bonuses for number of properties signed.
